  1. I just read the book by Dan Zarrella, and I’m very impressed. If you’re new to the world of social media or asking how to adapt your marketing strategy, this book is an excellent starting point. Dan explains all aspects of the media in an easy to understand way, explaining the dos and do for everyone. Not intended as a biblical theme for the tactical depth to each section of your marketing strategy, social media, you need to collect other evidence. But it gives you a very complete idea of what awaits us, you want to market your brand through social media, not something you soon realize that an option but a necessity.

  3. In the increasingly complex world of media, how to start successfully addressing social media marketing for your business? Dan Zarrella has answered this question with “Social Media Marketing Book.” It s quick reading. But the little book is full of useful information for those who want to jump into the arena of social media marketing.

    The book is very easy to use and begins with a brief introduction to the media. Most of the book is to present a brief history, definition and description of the different types of media: blogs, Twitter microblogging / social networks, media sharing, news, social bookmarking, ratings and reviews, forums, and virtual worlds. Each section I found useful and interesting, especially appreciate the brevity of the author.

    The last two chapters – one on the strategy, other measures – are among the most important. Passing the strategy section, which emphasized on several pieces of advice and enjoyed his discussion of “call to action” (CTA), which, marketing, try to engage visitors to your website. The chapter emphasizes the importance of measuring the objectives and describes the tools that can be used to measure the return on investment and commitment because of their social media marketing initiatives.

    In general, I found the driving Zarrella is a useful resource for understanding and application of social media for business. Note that the book is an introductory tutorial, so do not expect to find depth strategies social media if you are already an expert in social media marketing. However, I appreciate the nuggets of wisdom in this survey of social media marketing.

    I appreciate it, it will be useful for those who did not even contact the social networks of the media, but anyone who has enjoyed even a little you will find this * very * base. Simply I can not understand how one can also suggest, may be useful for a professional, much less recommend it! If you are seriously trying to develop a strategy for social media, means that you have a basic appreciation of what is, and make this book does not go. In any case, do not do serious strategy social media solely on the basis of knowledge in this book!
