Are there any examples of companies really doing a great job in social media? 4:45-9:00 Are there any examples of companies who were lagging behind and are now struggling to catch up? 9:00-10:30 So if you attempt to control the conversation too much, you&#8217;re inevitably going to get backlash, right? 10:30-12:30 When you say the company needs to become human, you mean that there&#8217;s no single individual behind the brand? Is that a big shift for some companies? 12:30-13:30 It&#8217;s interesting that companies are now hiring Chief Listening Officers, just to make sure the customers are being heard. 13:30-17:45 You bring up the notion of trust a lot in your book. I think this stems from a brand&#8217;s desire to over-control the message.
